Waterproof outdoor commercial advertising display signages led resin plastic letters  

1.Laser cut 304#/316# 0.8-1.0mm stainless steel as the channel letters' frame,

leave about 10mm's surrouding edge;

2.Powder coted /electroplate the shaped stainless steel channel letter'ssurface
 to be the color you like;

3.Use waterproof LED module,put it in the inside of the channel letters,stick it;

4.Laser cut the 3.0mm's thickness of acrylic panel as the shapes of the stainless steel LED channel letters we have finished;
 

5.Put the laser cut acrylic panel into the surrouding edge of the LED channel letter;
 

6.Connect transformer:12V&20A;
 

7.Connect the electristy,then the whole set of LED channel letter will bright as the acrylic panel's color;
